By using our services, you agree that Excursians assists in visa applications but isn't liable for any issues during the application, such as delays, clarifications, or rejections by the embassy.
We strongly advise obtaining adequate travel insurance and carrying it with you on holiday. You are responsible for ensuring that the insurance cover you purchase is appropriate for your specific needs. Excursians won't be liable for denied entry if a guest fails to provide insurance details to authorities or is denied entry for any reason due to inadequate insurance coverage. We won't be liable for any losses not covered due to a lack of adequate insurance.
To confirm your chosen arrangements, you may either pay a partial or full amount. If a partial sum is paid, the remainder should be paid within three days. Paying any amount secures specific travel elements, and this will be confirmed at the time of booking. If we don't receive the full balance on time, we reserve the right to consider your booking cancelled by you, and cancellation charges will apply. Payment methods accepted include credit card, debit card, internet banking, and transfers to our bank accounts.
Convenience fees are applied to payments made after the booking date, excluding transfers to our bank account. We retain the right to remove waivers for convenience fees on the day of booking.

Some arrangements may not be amended after confirmation, incurring a cancellation charge of up to 100% of the costs. In such cases, you may need to pay for the cancelled arrangements and buy new ones at full cost.
You or any member of your party can cancel travel arrangements at any time. Cancellation must be communicated in writing. If covered under your insurance policy, you might be able to claim these charges. Cancellation charges are a percentage of the total holiday cost based on the number of days before departure that the cancellation notice is received. Amendment charges are non-refundable. Any claims by guests must be presented in writing and received by merging Trip and Tours within sixty (60) days after the Excursians vacation's completion. Claims not submitted and received within this specified period will be considered waived and no longer permissible
